Movement has always been Laura’s true north. By tapping into our physicality we clear out energy and tune in to our inner reality, from here we can expand our hearts and ground our mind. 

My mission is to support and empower my students to increase their own vitality, and live more fully with ease, flow and to embody their fullest expression of self.

Focusing on the connection between wellness, science, ancient wisdom and nature I use a unique layered approach to healing. I support women to connect deeper to the heart and create new tools for experiencing life.

Laura is a passionate movement educator, healer, and wellness advocate with nearly 20 years of experience guiding individuals toward transformation and self-discovery.

By blending science, energy tuning, and a profound understanding of anatomy, Laura empowers others to heal from within, cultivating vitality, balance, and a deeper connection to themselves.

Her holistic approach inspires lasting change, helping clients unlock their potential and embrace more vibrant, fulfilling lives.

Over 18 years of experience in fitness and wellness.

Former studio owner, creator of movement methods including Rebounding and Sculpt.

Certified Pilates educator and master trainer for BarreAmped and Pilates certification programs.

Expertise in anatomy, cueing, and the Eric Franklin Method.

Professional Expetise:


Certified Shaman and Reiki practitioner, initiated by the Q’ero people of Peru.

Studied Tai Chi, quantum biology, and breathwork through The Being Method.
