No. Everybody is welcome. The beginners mind is a beautiful place to be in. You can modify and choose not to do anything if it does not work for your body. Self exploration is welcomed and encouraged. You know you the best.

Personal: we spend way too much time in our heads and not in our bodies. I want to encourage self exploration and excavation without the outside noise. After years of leading 100’s of clients I have discovered this can be the path to empowerment and confidence.

The Science: It burns more calories. Matching the instructor expends more energy in turn creating a more effective workout. When we learn new motor patterns we are rewiring the brain building new neural pathways and plasticity. This releases old habits and patterns.
